UK Delivery Our standard delivery method is a Royal Mail Standard Packet Post for £2.99. The average waiting time for this is 2-3 working days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery to take place. We also operate a Next Day Guaranteed Signed For Service. This is £5.99 for Next Weekday Guaranteed Delivery Between 9am and 6pm or £9.99 for Next Day (Incl. Saturday) Guaranteed Delivery Before 1pm. Order before 3pm to have your order sent out the same day! International Delivery International Signed For service is also available which is fully traceable from £9.99. Once the order has been dispatched, this service comes with an average waiting time of 4-8 working days to Western Europe, 5-10 working days to Eastern Europe and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world. However, please allow up to 20 days for delivery to take place. Some of the heavier items carry a postal supplement.
How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the "View my orders" section of your "My account". Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of entering until a member of our dispatch team processes it.
